Unless I'm forgetting something I believe our licence requirements for holding an auction through the City of Las Vegas stated that all bidders must be club members. In other words we are holding a non-public auction. No non-member bidding. We got around this by stating that you are a club member for a day based on your registration for show admittance. Your day pass gets you into the auction/bidding process.
