I don’t think this is an issue the bod really needs to consider. If someone wants their old number when they rejoin, give it to them. There is absolutely no reason not to as it means nothing in definition to one’s character. As for those that paid in the past, weird to me, sounds like a money grab….. new day. New rules I guess.
