Pam, another example from the Tavern. This cover says "casino" which is always nice but no mention of a phone # so it may pre-date monogram T cover you shared. The book was made by The Crown Match Company, based in Los Angeles which operated from 1933 to 1942 which fits the dates for the Tavern.
