Programming? Like seminars?
In Response To: The CCA's most valuable tool ()

What specifically are you referring to here? More speakers at the convention (Charles offers 4 speaker slots)? More webinars (Charles does one monthly)?

Do you have a program that you'd like to contribute?

The reason Membership is a good metric to use (and to grow) is because it's measurable and tangible. "Programs" do not fund growth (outside the fact that one needs to offer something to people to attract them to the group). Because the organization has costs associated with its operation, dues are necessary. With increased membership you get more dues and with more dues we can create more benefits for the members we serve.
