The first time I played 21 was in the Tonopah Club in
May of 1966. I was as coerced by the dealer who
soon had me betting for him. I don’t remember a
floorman being present. There was a full casino with
roulette, keno,’and the longest crap table I’d seen.
I remember the neat brass cashiers cage which is now
in the museum. There was a full restaurant and the
Greyhound bus stopped there. The heyday of Tonopah
