Barry,
Where was your wisdom when I was skewed by the supporters of Mark Lighterman? Where were you when certain board members tried to disrupt the election of a board member in the SNCCC? Claims were filed as ethical violations by SNCCC board members, naming them for rejection as not meeting the standard requirements. The ethics clause of the club, as stated in the constitution, was drafted by the CCA Board at the time to apply only to the buying and selling of Chips. That's the reason our claims were rejected.
I would hope that you expand the definition in the Constitution to provide a specific, clear meaning for the Code of Ethics, rather than an interpretation by a Board in place at the time.
This board is owned by David Spragg, so if you want to limit any negative comments, try to persuade him to set the rules of engagement, and I, for one, will comply. You are overreaching in trying to censor comments. Your field is the CCA website. There, you can decide who or what is said.
