Please don't bash ANY of the candidates. The board has agreed to neither endorse, nor oppose, any candidate running for office. This was agreed upon to reduce the negativity that we've seen in past elections and to encourage members to take the hint and act in only in a positive manner. You are not a board member, but you are a member of the CCA and as such, are expected to abide by the code of ethics. To wit (I love it when I get to bust out phrases of Middle English origin):

Item #4: To follow the CCA’s Non-Discrimination Statement and Policy and to refrain from engaging in any discriminatory or harassing conduct, as set forth therein;
Item #13: To refrain from making any unjustified, harmful and false comments about other members;

This Chip Board is not a CCA resource, but it is one of the de facto means of communications among its members and everything posted here reflects on the club whether we like it or not. There is, unfortunately, no censorship or enforcement of any semblance of civil discourse on this board. There definitely is on the club forums (https://forum.ccgtcc.com). I dare you to post this over there and see how long it takes the admin to see it and delete it (hint: that admin is me and your post will not be up there more than 15 minutes of me being awake to get the "there's been a new post" notification and I don't sleep much).

So, anywayze, be nice. Be constructive. Be supportive of whomever you plan to vote for. And just don't do the rest. If you want to find out if negative behavior by members here or on any platform is acceptable or not acceptable, start a poll and post the link here.
