Hi Charles. After you and I spoke on the phone the other day (Tuesday?), I confirmed with Mike that he received your renewal and sent off your packet via USPS mail. He informed me that the "Welcome" letter is only sent to new members (which makes sense). Renewals get a receipt from PayPal if paid electronically, or the member gets an acknowledgement via mail.

As for the login issue, I'm sure Charles will be able to help you resolve that pretty quickly.
