I don't plan to require an RSVP from the candidates. The ballot itself will be the agenda and the meet & greet will just flow with whomever shows up (in fact, it will keep it shorter if some candidates do NOT show up). Once all the candidates for one office who show up have spoken, anyone arriving late (once we've moved on to the next office or are into the Q&A session) will NOT be allowed to present (no going backwards on the agenda). They can stick around to answer questions from Doug if there are any directed toward them, however.

I did ask everyone to send me their candidate statements which I'll make available in the "docs" area of the zoom invite once I get them, and I will accept statements that may be different from the one they submitted to Steve for publication as their views and ideas may have changed since they accepted their nominations. Anyway, I look forward to seeing everyone's questions and hearing the candidates' answers. Let's have a huge turnout!
