Eventually the activities of the MOGH will become more important to the 501c3 and the "CCA" will
likely amend the bylaws to support the MOGH as its identity. Either way, we need to change our
audience to be the (general public), not each other. Now.... do you like

may skim through a project proposal but people are busy...
