Amend the bylaws to totally change the organizational structure of the club so that membership is non-voting.
No more “Club” or infighting, just "Organization"… Like the ANA

Expand the BOD to 20 members and charge a Board Member dues of $2500 per year. These are the new decision makers.
Spend the $50,00 board dues to hire a full-time Executive Director

Board Chair manages the ED who focuses on (((PROGRAMMING))) and organizing our volunteers.

ED does the duties that our BOD does now, new BOD’s goal is to raise money and guide the future.

The key to this working would be to hire an ED with a lot of 501c3 experience, and
little to no knowledge about chip collecting... they can pick that up.

In the beginning... numbers could be scaled as needed. I'd also consider a name change for the
refreshed organization but that would be up to the new BOD to decide, yeah... call me crazy...

We either "RENEW" or "DISSOLVE" from where we are at now.
