Yes, you are right that your chip is different from the one in the 1920s Hunt catalog. I have the flat version of the chip, pictured there, and I assumed yours was the same. Yours is definitely different.

So on second thought, if I was the ChipGuide Admin that processed this chip, I would likely describe the mold as "Plain (embossed)". I can see how people might categorize it differently, though.
