I don't know where that building is in your picture, but it's not at the address you noted. That's Willy's Firearms. The only Hellfire Saloon I could find in Reno is in a strip mall on the corner of Mira Loma and South McCarran. That location is about 3 miles from my house and on my way to work so I'll swing by and see if it's actually there (their website http://www.hellfiresaloon.com/ shows this address). The logo on the website is similar to the one on the stone building.
