Hello CCA Members!

The renewal time for members whose CCA memberships expire at the end of Quarter 1 2026 is beginning.

This quarter, we have a total of 105 members who we hope to renew (95 Regular Memberships and 10 Associate Memberships)

Here is the first update for these memberships that are set to expire at the end of March.

THANK YOU to the 3 members who have already renewed!!!

I have already mailed postcards to the 7 members who don't have email addresses on their accounts.
I will begin sending email reminders to the other 95 members soon.

I will follow up a few more times between now and the end of March before I deactivate their memberships on April 15th and we move onto the next set of expirations in Q2, 2026.

Next quarter has over 150 memberships set to expire, so your help is appreciated by knowing when your membership expires, and renewing promptly. I will be trying to renew as many members as possible in person at the Membership Table at the Convention in June to save the club shipping costs, so if you are renewing then, we will coordinate accordingly when the time comes.

Below is a picture that shows the number of memberships set to expire (categorized by how long they have been a CCA Member under their current membership number).

I am separating the Associate memberships to help provide a clear picture of the renewal status of each membership type.

As usual, each colored box represents a membership - GREEN indicates they have renewed, YELLOW indicates they have communicated they are renewing, I am just awaiting payment, LIGHT RED indicates they have not yet renewed & DARK RED indicates they have communicated that they are not renewing.
