I enjoy the architectural aspects of Las Vegas, from the fantasy and themed architecture used for many years to the more modern flow of new casinos in the last decade. As you're likely aware, there are several books written on Las Vegas & casino architecture that are well done.

In the area of casino collectibles, there are chips (and other items too) that show the casino's building. In fact, we have a sub-collectible area that's informally referred to as "building chips". I've attached a few of them as illustrations below (pics courtesy of MoGH/ChipGuide). These are from a golden age of chip design -- they're miniature works of art, IMO.
