Originally built as the Lake House there were actually
three Riversides. The first one was torn down and rebuilt
in 1907 and burned in 1922. The present Riverside opened
a few years later and went through a long string of owners.
I remember the famous Corner Bar and enjoyed the entertainment
in the showroom. The hotel rooms are now artist’s lofts.
