The first listing I found was in 1938's state of Nevada phone book

1945 shows that it went from "Vic's Club" to "Vic's Bank Club"

1945 were the first yellow pages listings that I found...(note that the yellow pages cover multiple towns, so the name of the town precedes the phone number)

1950 were the final listings
