That your account (and any of your associate members who are also voting) must be active for the ballots to be valid.

If you are not sure of the status of any accounts, you can easily confirm by sending me an email to MEMBERSHIP@CCGTCC.com, or by checking the MEMBERSHIP CHECKER on The ChipGuide.

To Check on The Chipguide:

Step 1: click on Membership Checker

Step 2: Enter your membership number and if you are checking for an associate, enter their associate letter (i.e. 8733 and A)

Step 3: Make sure the CCA Status shows ACTIVE.
