I would occasionally stop in the Turf Club when it was
on Center st. across from the Overland. They had a bar
with poker machines and a 21 table that was never open.
The location on Commercial Row had a long bar that was
always crowded. It was a couple doors down from Harolds.

it was early on. I never bet on horses or sports.
