I was able to pick up a large framed collection from the Estate of Mr. Richard C. Carbin who wrote the book on Saratoga Illegal Gambling.

I will have those on Display at our next Atlantic City Meeting on March 1st

There alway has been a question on where these chips were from Ohio or NY.

In Conclusion

The Chip Guide does not show any chips from the Arrowhead In Saratoga. Based on research I would suggest they appear there as well.
