Gene Trimble did a write up on these chips, identifying Frank Allen Weaver as the owner of the club. Gene had a yellow pages ad for the Reno Card Room and noted that it was from the Reno Phone Book issued in August 1956. I knew we had a phone book, with Reno yellow pages, issued in August 1956, so I looked for the ad. Our phone book is statewide, though, not Reno...so no ad, just a listing.
