Today, I was notified by the CCA Elections Chair that I, along with others, have qualified for Candidacy in the upcoming CCA elections.

I am grateful and honored to have nominated as a candidate for Vice President of our great Club.

Accordingly, I accept the nomination and will now begin my formal run for re-election.

Campaign Statement of Jim Follis for Re-Election as Vice President of the CCA.

Greetings members of the Casino Collectibles Association, the CCA.

As many of you may know, I am running for re-election as the Vice President of the CCA. I have served the CCA in this capacity since 2018, under 3 different Presidents, and alongside several different Board members over that time. I feel well prepared to continue as the Club's Vice President.

During my tenure, I have faithfully and unrelentingly met all of my Vice Presidential duties and obligations, and I have continually conducted myself in accordance with the CCA's Constitution, Bylaws and Code of Ethics.

I have dedicated a substantial amount of time to the CCA as the Vice President and in several other volunteer positions that I hold.

The CCA is now in the beginning stages of the 2026 Election, and I am respectfully requesting the support of CCA members everywhere, with your votes to retain me as the Vice President. Be on the lookout for the CCA's Official Election Ballot in the upcoming Spring issue of the CCA's Award-winning magazine, the Casino Collectibles News. Be sure to copy and share that ballot with your affiliated Associate member(s) to cast votes in my favor.

I have a proven track record of allegiance to the CCA. I have had, and continue to have, an excellent working relationship with the current CCA Board and look forward to continuing that relationship with the uncontested slate of Board members, as well as any newly elected members.

I believe that talk is cheap, and actions speak louder than words. At the 2023 30th Annual Convention and Show, I was honored to receive my 25th Anniversary Membership Service pin, which, as seen here, I attached to my 2025 Convention Badge. That badge also reflects my extensive involvements with our Club in the past, and, as we all know, past actions are a good forecaster of future actions.
