Back in the late “60-early “70’s my husband was in Reno. He stopped at The Palace Club for a pack of cigarettes. The cashier gave him dimes, as change from his purchase. He was headed back out when he spotted a .10 slot machine. It had 5 lines, and he had 5 dimes…so he dropped them in the machine. He pulled the handle and won on line 5!! Suddenly a woman appeared screeching “that’s MY machine! I’M playing it! That’s MY jackpot!!” He said she was nowhere in sight, before he hit the jackpot. He smiled and lit up a cigarette, as he walked out the door.
