J Eric Freedner, having withdrawn his membership from the CCA, has forfeited his right to hold office in the club. Because of this, the club is adding the Member At Large #1 position to the upcoming ballot and seeks nominations for the position.

Due to the lateness of these events, it's critical that all nominations be received ASAP. A nomination form will be posted shortly in a variety of locations. If no nominations are received, the position will remain vacant for the remainder of the term.

It should be noted that the Board is considering eliminating the two Member at Large positions altogether, which will require a change to the Constitution, which must be voted upon by the Membership.
