Hello Bill,

We had a discussion amongst the board about posting the names of those members whose memberships were about to expire on this board and the other forums, but the decision was made to not do that.

There are clear arguments for both sides of publishing the names versus not publishing the names.
For example it might improve our retention rate if someone happens to see the name of a friend that they know may not be too diligent in reading emails, they can reach out to them directly.
On the other side of the coin, publishing the names might be viewed as 'calling out' individuals and be interpreted negatively.

Hopefully when these people attempt to use the Advanced features of the Chip Guide, or they realize that they did not receive the latest issue of the club magazine, they will reach out and we can get their membership active again.
