Hello Fellow Members!
I have just closed out the Q4 2025 membership renewals process and will begin the Q1 2026 campaign shortly.
Of the 65 memberships that were set to expire at the end of December, we had 46 members renew.
That is only a 70% renewal rate.
In total, I have communicated with each member who did not renew 6 times (via Emails, Postcards, and even phone calls) using the information that we have on file.
During the course of the renewal period, I have also enlisted the help of other board members to reach out to those people they are regular contact with to remind them of their expiring accounts.
Of the 19 who did not renew, I only received confirmation from 2 of them that they indeed do not want to renew. (1 via a phone call to a member who is no longer collecting & 1 via J Eric Freedner's post on The Chip Board).
Below is a picture that shows the number of memberships with an expiration in Q4 2025 (categorized by how long they have been a CCA Member under their current membership number).
Each colored box represents a membership and GREEN indicates they have renewed, LIGHT RED indicates they did not respond to any reminders and were set to inactive today & BRIGHT RED indicates they responded that they did not want to remain in the club.
I have tried my best to contact these members any way I can think of based on the data we have, and I certainly have high hopes for better member retention rates moving forward and I welcome any suggestions you may have about how to achieve better retention rates.
Thanks.
Mike Nawrocki
