Can anyone explain this? I collect, foreign chips, foreign coins, and foreign currency, and I’ve never seen a denomination like this, with three zeros after the decimal point. The opposite side is in Russian, so I’m guessing either the currency is in Rubles or it’s a weird way of depicting one million.
