Back in the 1890s there was a song called Ta Ra Ra Boom De Ay that was closely associated with the singer-dancer Lottie Collins. I have no doubt that the image on the poker chips is that of Collins. If indeed so, that would make her the first entertainer to be picture on a poker chip other than a sports figure.
