I bought this from Julien's Auctions several years ago and have decided it needs a new home. The two documents are 8-1/2" X 11" and frame is 18" X 25". The framing is very professional and probably hung in Ed Torres's office. The document on left is letter from gaming control commission informing El Rancho that adding 5 poker tables & 4 Pan tables was approved. Their new revised license adding poker & pan tables is document on the right. These documents are original and not copies. I like how all approved gaming tables & quantities for each are listed. The first License # 1787 was replaced with this new amended license # 1878 dated Dec 30, 1982. A great piece of Las Vegas history that is truly one of a kind. Lots of great information on License including 4th quarter validating sticker and letter. I have enjoyed ownership but it's time to let it go.

I am not sure of shipping cost so I will have to ask for $75.00 be added to agreed upon price and when I find out exact cost, I will refund any overpayment.
