I'd try this ...

Assuming you set up your account and password at a prior time, and it was working previously...

From the Logon page, enter your 4-digit number, then skip down to the "Forgot your password" button and hit it. Then go to your email that applies to your CCA and ChipGuide contact. The email will have instructions on choosing a new password and then getting your full account up and running again.

If that still doesn't work, check with Charles K. for help.
