I haven't actively collected Washington chips in a while. I've found a bunch in a file from May 2017. I'll be posting some of these for a couple of days.
Most of them I'm posting are "less common", that is, I never saw them in bulk, and haven't seen them on eBay in a while.
None of them were expensive, so maybe not all that "rare".
Let me know if my "less common" impression is out of line
