Just curious - exactly what is a "blanket bid"? It's not allowed in the CCA auction conducted at the convention. (Also, "buy" bids are also not allowed, but I can figure out that definition.)

So... for you auction experts out there, what's a blanket bid as it pertains to a live chip auction like ours?
