A while back (a real long while back) CCA Member Brian Watts bought one of those chips and brought it to the convention at South Point. He raffled off thirty eight spots on a roulette wheel. I forget what the price was, but he was ONLY covering the cost he paid for the chip. So if you were a club member you could buy a spot on the roulette wheel and if it hit that number, you won the chip! I remember everyone that purchased a spot all went down to the casino floor with Brian, and he picked a wheel and put a bet on one spin. The winner was Josh Shore. It was right around that time (having lost on the spin) that I went out and purchased that chip for $800.

I can't remember what the result of the spin was, I hope Brian comes on to help me with that. I think he put $5.00 on the bet and I think the winner won that money as well.... It was a real fun memory/event and very nice of Brian to do.
