I see that the Silver Nugget also had one of the 5's, as shown on ChipGuide - see pics below. Maybe there's a 25 version too?

As for the Opera House, with joint operation by Fifth Street Gaming, there's nothing listed, so they may have ended live gaming, or even closed, before promotions like this? I haven't attempted to research dates of operation.
