It’s renewal time for members whose CCA memberships expire at the end of December 2025

Here is the second update for those 65 memberships that are set to expire at the end of December.

THANK YOU to the 33 members who have already renewed their memberships!!! We are over halfway there!

Below is a picture that shows the number of memberships set to expire (categorized by how long they have been a CCA Member).
Each colored box represents a membership and GREEN indicates they have renewed, RED indicates they have not yet renewed (we have 32 members to go).

If you are not sure when your membership expires, please either send me an inquiry at Membership@ccgtcc.com or use the membership checker feature on The ChipGuide.

Thankfully, we have not yet received any "exit survey" responses indicating a member has decided to not renew their membership.

- Additional reminders will go out later in December, with phone calls in January.

- Accounts not renewed by the end of January will be deactivated on Jan 31st.

If you are curious if I have received your renewal, you can check the membership checker on The ChipGuide to see when your membership expires.
If it has been updated to 2026 (or beyond), that is an indication that I have received your renewal and your updated membership card is in the mail to you.
