Years ago some guy contacted me with a set of the Bison chips he wanted to sell (shown below). He must have had at a minimum 600 chips. I talked to Mike Spinetti. I told Mike I only want a couple of sets (for myself, Kenny Craig and Bud Meyer)

Mike told me to offer $10,000. I told Mike that was too much that such an offer might cause the seller to change his mind about selling. Well, I offered $10k. At that point he thought he had his retirement. He refused the offer. I told Mike $1200 might get the chips

I think he’d be luck to get $600 today

By the way, I’m 99 44/100% sure the chips are from a club, not generic
