The ChipGuide shows this deck, but only the back design and the Ace of Spades. The deck is made by GEMACO, in their Tech Art Faces design, meaning (if I am not mistaken) the court cards are of Indians. I would never suggestt opening a sealed deck, but hopefully, another collector out there has an open pack of this design and could share scans of the court cards.
