Membership Retention – Q4 Drive to 100%

It’s renewal time for members whose CCA memberships expire at the end of December 2025

While I am not naïve enough to expect to achieve it each quarter, my goal as Membership Officer is to achieve a 100% response rate — meaning every expiring membership results in either a renewal or a completed 'Exit Survey' from those choosing not to renew.

For this quarter:

- 65 memberships are expiring (61 regular, 4 associate).

- Renewal reminder emails have been sent to all members with valid addresses today (Nov 11).
- Postcards were mailed to those without valid email addresses.

- Second and Third Follow-up reminders will go out later in December, with phone calls in January.

- Accounts not renewed by the end of January will be deactivated on Jan 31st.

Also, please take a moment to check your own expiration date—non-Lifetime memberships end in March, June, September, or December, and you can renew anytime (extensions are added to your current term).
