Extend the active logon from the three weeks to a quarterly time frame. As long as CCA membership is active the logon would be active.

A warning could go out to notify members that their membership will expire at end of quarter as well as a notice that access to Chip Guide extra features will no longer be available. Might keep some members coming back. Should be able to tie in with CCA membership status.
