Charles,

The new features are excellent and I am able to access them. One suggestion for improvement on submissions: a response that they have been received and are in the queue. I understand that there is an automatic red “submission received” message that appears, but an acknowledgement when received by the appropriate admin would be appreciated. I have submitted several chips over the past six weeks that still haven’t appeared in the Guide and I have no way of knowing if they are in the queue or never received.
