If you are referring to the "Quick View" option (vs. the standard "List View" default), I think it is an advanced feature. I just tried it out a few minutes ago & it's working fine for me.

You must be signed in as a member to have access to advanced features, and that requires CCA membership (as of a few months ago).

Are you a member of CCA? If so, it's easy to get verified and then create a password & sign-in on the ChipGuide. Hope that helps.
