 ), it noted that the land and building were sold for $ xxx, but the name was not part of the sale.
Do you think the name (and perhaps the NGCB license???) was retained so they could reopen as "Poker Palace" at a different location sometime in the future? I don't know if that would be allowed by NGCB or not. They were grandfathered to operate without the 200-room hotel minimum that's now required. So that might be a hurdle as well, unless they wanted to include a hotel at a new location.
