The Block N Club opened as a billiard parlor in 1930...during prohibition, and before gambling was legalized in Nevada. After gambling was legalized in 1931, the Block N Club was licensed for one pan game and one stud poker game. Over the years, roulette, keno, slots, and a football pool were added to the available games.
