There is so much crap coming out of China that it is almost impossible to tell the good from the bad. I had one at the convention a few years ago and asked 4 very reliable coin collectors/dealers if it was real or not and two said real and two said fake. I bought 11 silver dollars from an 80 year old guy (all S and CC marked) and the dealers all said they were fake. I managed to dump them off to my jeweler after warning him they were probably fake. I love selling silver dollars but it is just so hard to get good ones.
