That number sounds about right to me, but just my personal opinion.
As for the first 2 sets you showed, your prices sound fair as well.
Of course, price listing strategy can differ -- some might start out low (1/2 the price you think is right) then hope for bidding competition to drive it to the "expected" price or even higher. But there's risk in NOT getting competition, then you've sold below what you're hoping for.
I do see more "Buy-it-Now" listings now vs. a few years ago. But I'm no pricing expert.
