Re: Reno Bank Club Chips
In Response To: Reno Bank Club Chips ()

I realize no one wants to pay retail prices for most things. Nobody wants to pay full price for a new house, a new car, a new watch, a new coin, etc. So I fully understand that most people are not happy paying retail prices or more for casino chips. For instance at our national convention most dealer's will pretty much give everyone at least a 10 to 25% discount. So to make things simple, I will price these chips at 50% below current TCR prices. In other words if the chip books for $40 your price is $20. There are too many people trying to sell chips at overinflated prices. In my opinion this severely hurts this hobby. I joined this hobby because it sounded interesting and fun. In the last few years, it started to look like it was all about the " MONEY ". I know too many good people who have left the hobby, because they felt betrayed by certain dealers taking advantage of them. Lets start having some fun again.

Just for the record these are not my chips, they were consigned to me by a very good friend of mine that passed away. And the proceeds are going to his family. So far I have sold about 1500 chips from his collection, but I got aways to go.
