Barry, I am a supporter of yours and think you are an ideal person for the position.

However, I do think you are completely wrong on this issue, no pun intended.

For years I paid the Club dues for the sole reason to obtain the magazines. $8 each and well worth it.

Regarding ‘free magazines’ I have never received Club magazines for free.

Some I did pay only shipping charges, but since the magazines are quite weighty, it still cost quite a bit.

Several times, I have paid over cover price On eBay in order to fill holes in my collection.

The electronic version is pretty much useless to me.

I know Rich Burgel had some detractors, but he was absolutely brilliant for handing out free Club magazines. Nothing will lure potential new members more than that..
