chippers , a story , i advertized a 5000 cheque [make a offer] had 93 lookers , but no interest , when i was a member in 2012 chipping was so different , casino items were really hot , today chips bring a few bucks!! , but then, chips were hot , i sold at that time a chip for $15,000 today , same chip , probably could get $500-$1000,when james campeglia had his book ,with those crazy prices , what a fun time chipping ,a gold mine , along with ashtrays which i sold for $300-$500 a tray . go figure sure would like to see days again??? e-bay was the place, buying or selling , i bought a n--e neg, and photo of marilyn monroe on auction for $500 , crazy ? probably but turned down a $1000 for it a couple months later , i still have photo , but no negative,sold in private sale , gone ,are the burgels,muskrats,and a ton of big time collectors , if you had a chip, make a couple calls , poof it was gone , the best source for chips were the street people , they could come up with great finds, unreal . jer
