Wild Ball Bingo was a Bingo variant. Cadillac Jack's in Deadwood had an electronic Wild Ball Bingo game at least as late as 2005. I am not sure if there was a live version, but there were electronic versions. The wild ball changed the odds of making special patterns in the bingo games. I have no information about the chips. They cold have been used for gaming conventions to advertise the electronic games or they may possibly have come from Cadillac Jack's.
