CCA Members, it is the end of September and we still have 22 members who are set to expire today as the end of the 3rd quarter arrives.

I think it is interesting to note the length these 22 members have each been a member of the CCA, these numbers tell me that there are some long time members who may not be aware their memberships are expiring this quarter:

To help share some information about the membership status of our club, here are some answers to many FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):

1. How do I know when my membership expires?
Your membership card that you receive when joining or renewing and the Membership Checker on the ChipGuide shows your expiration date:

2. What if I don't know my membership number?
The CCA Membership # Search on the ChipGuide will allow you to find your membership number by searching with your name or you can send me an email [Membership@ccgtcc.com] and I will get the information to you.

3. Why don't you send reminders to let me know when my membership is about to expire?
I send reminders via email 3 times during the months when memberships expire (March, June, September and December).
If we don't have a valid email address on file for you, we send postcards through the US Mail.
IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE THESE EMAILS, OR POSTCARDS FROM ME, THAT IS AN INDICATION THAT THE DATA WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU IS INCORRECT.
Please send me any updates to your email address and/or your mailing address via email to [Membership@ccgtcc.com]
I also send emails and postcards a couple of weeks after the expiration date before I set the account to INACTIVE.

4. How do I renew?
You can renew online and pay via PayPal or a Credit or Debit Card at the following link that is on the CCGTCC.COM website:

5. Can I pay for a membership for more than 1 year at a time?
Yes! We offer multiple year memberships - and they include a discounted rate:
- 2 Year Regular Membership: $76
- 3 Year Regular Membership: $111
- 5 Year Regular Membership: $175

We even have multi-year memberships for Associates:
- 5 Year Association Membership: $30

6. Can I renew any time throughout the year, or only when I am set to expire?
Yes! You can renew anytime you want and your payment will be applied to extend your membership beyond your current expiration date.
Renewing during the convention, regardless of when your membership expires, is very easy to do and saves the club money on postage and supplies necessary to send the membership card to you.
I will be promoting this next June as the convention draws nearer.

7. How can I make sure the information you have in the Membership Database is correct for me?

8. If I don't want to renew, should I do anything?
While you technically don't need to do anything, we would appreciate if you complete an Exit survey to share your thoughts about why you are not renewing so you can provide information that we can use to improve the benefits and services we offer to make membership in the CCA rewarding.
